Mei Foo Sun Chuen was the first large-scale private housing estate in Hong Kong. When it was completed, the 99-tower complex was considered the largest private housing development in the world.

Before & After
The building was completed in 1972. The design intends to modernise the units' interior conditions, making each space functional and aesthetic according to contemporary standards.
該建築於 1972 年竣工。設計意圖是使單元的內部條件現代化，使每個空間都符合當代標準的功能和美觀。

Incorporating the beauty of false ceilings, the elegance of built-in furniture, and the grace of extended staircases can transform our spaces, enriching proportions and unlocking new possibilities for storage.
結合假天花板的美感、內置家具的優雅以及延伸樓梯的優雅，可以改變我們的空間，豐富比例並開啟新的存儲可能性。
Kitchen
We incorporated the wall cabinet and reformed the base cabinet to install modern kitchen appliances. Green is the primary colour of the space, and we selected lighting to refresh the atmosphere. The kitchen became more relaxing, warm, and comfortable.
我們整合了壁櫃並改造了底櫃以安裝現代廚房用具。綠色是空間的主色調，我們選擇了燈光來清新氛圍。廚房變得更加輕鬆、溫暖和舒適。
The Final Effect

After the renovation, the traditional Chinese console table, vase, idol, and painting emerged as vibrant focal points, harmonizing beautifully with modern oriental lighting fixtures and effortlessly arranged furniture, like chairs and tables, to create a space that inspires and uplifts.
改造後，中國傳統的玄關桌、花瓶、神像和繪畫成為充滿活力的焦點，與現代東方燈具以及椅子和桌子等佈置得當的家具完美融合，營造出一個激發靈感、令人振奮的空間。
