Client's needs : Creating a bright living room, as well as a unique kitchen and washroom. It must be modern and simple with design details of the homeowner's own habits and personal preferences.

Before Renovation

Located at the Sea Crest Villa of Sham Tseng. The unit was in unsightly layout and decoration before renovation.

On Process

Incorporating and the use of the false ceiling, bulkhead and built-in furniture is the key method of to improve the space proportion and enhance the storage for the space. 

Final Result

Basing on the length of staying time when using in different rooms, applying different colors and ceiling heights to identifying in order: black is the main color of the foyer, vestibule, kitchen and bathroom ; and white is the main colors for living room, dining room, master bedroom and walk-in closet.

Storage Furniture

Feature TV cabinet

 

As the focal point of the living room, it was consisted of a mini-bar, storage cabinets and concealed kitchen door.

Storage at the vestibule and passage

 

Applying the black finish at false ceiling storage, shoe case and wall to making appearance and function of the space are integrated. And it was also concealed the storage cabinets in visual.

Marble vanity and storage at Bathroom

 

Incorporating the storage like drawer and wall cabinet while taking into consideration of owner's habit . Highlighting basin top by the bespoke beige color marble, then the basin vanity drawers and storage was be hidden visually.

Kitchen 

The kitchen is located behind the TV feature cabinet. The whole storage cabinet and wall colour are in black finish which is the client's favorite color. And applying the stainless steel finish for countertop to highlighting the major kitchen working area .
